Managing orders for a delivery company with multiple sources was a time-consuming process, as each task had to be sent to couriers manually and monthly invoices required manual processing.
✅ Solution
I developed a CRM based on Google Sheets that consolidated all sources, automated one-click order dispatch to couriers, and automated the invoicing process for clients. I also included all the necessary financial analytics and reports.
🚨 Problem
Creating individualised price lists for each client based on their required Post Code is a time-consuming task, taking several hours to complete manually.
✅ Solution
Developed a program that automates the price list creation process in just a few clicks. By integrating Google Maps API, the program automatically calculates the necessary distances between PostCodes, saving valuable time.

Working with a large price list of spare parts in PDF format leads to considerable time spent on searching for the necessary items and calculating customer orders.

Streamline the process by converting all items from PDF into a database and creating a user-friendly interface for efficient order picking.

When dealing with deferred payments, it's important to know how much money should be in the accounts to ensure sufficient funds for fixed costs.

Developed a program using Excel-based financial visualisation to effectively manage and monitor account balances for timely expense coverage.

✅ Solution
Developed the "Agreements Constructor" program that connects a Google form with a contract template. Upon completion of the form, the program automatically generates a filled-out contract and sends it as a PDF to the designated email address.

A need to efficiently consume information from numerous video podcasts in a limited time frame.
✅ Solution
Developed a program utilising GPT API integration that extracts subtitles and compiles them into a coherent text. This reduced the time spent from 1 hour of video watching to just 3 minutes of reading.
